Bay Mills Tribal Court is the judicial branch of the Bay Mills Indian Community, serving the needs of the public as it relates to all legal and ethical issues. The Court aims to ensure a safe community by strengthening families and reducing crime, and strives to assure all tribal members and non-tribal members that come before the court are provided with equitable and unbiased treatment. The Court is also used to conserve the common property and resources of the Bay Mills Indian Community for future generations.
